1. Who we are and what this covers

Cirque Labs Pte. Ltd., Singapore, operates this website. This policy covers information handled when you visit the website or contact us about our work. It does not replace any separate privacy notice or agreement for a product or client project.

2. Information associated with your visit

Information you send us. If you email us, we receive your email address and the information you choose to include, such as your name, organisation and enquiry. Please avoid sending sensitive personal information unless it is needed and we have agreed how to handle it.

Hosting information. This website is served through Google Firebase Hosting. Requests to load the website are processed by the hosting provider. Firebase states that Hosting processes IP addresses for abuse detection and usage analysis, and retains IP data for a few months. See Firebase’s privacy and security information for details.

3. Cookies, analytics and interactive demos

The website currently does not set advertising or analytics cookies, include client-side analytics trackers, or use local storage to persist your demo interactions.

Features such as saving a sample article, switching views and moving particles run in your browser. Their interaction state is temporary and resets when the page reloads. The demos do not access your email, messages, payment accounts or health information, and do not send your demo interactions to an AI service.

Your browser may cache website files to load them faster. Hosting-related request processing described above still takes place when you visit.

4. How information is used

Information provided in an enquiry is used to respond, discuss potential work and manage the resulting correspondence. Technical request information supports delivery, operation and security of the website. Information may also be used where necessary to meet legal obligations or resolve disputes.

We do not sell personal information collected through this website or use it for behavioural advertising.

5. Service providers and disclosures

Hosting and communication providers process information as part of delivering their services. We may also disclose information when required by law or reasonably necessary to address misuse, protect legal rights or respond to a lawful request.

Providers may process information outside Singapore. Where we transfer personal information overseas, we will take steps required by applicable law to provide appropriate protection.

6. Retention and protection

We retain enquiry correspondence for as long as reasonably needed for the enquiry, any resulting business relationship, and applicable legal or record-keeping requirements. Hosting information follows the provider’s retention practices described above.

We take reasonable steps to protect information under our control. No internet transmission or storage method can be guaranteed completely secure.

7. Your choices and requests

You may contact us to request access to or correction of personal information, withdraw consent where processing relies on consent, or ask about deletion. Requests are handled under applicable law, including Singapore’s Personal Data Protection Act, and may be subject to lawful exceptions.

We may need to verify your identity before responding. We will explain any applicable limitations or consequences, such as being unable to continue an enquiry after consent is withdrawn. You can also raise concerns with Singapore’s Personal Data Protection Commission.

8. Links to other websites

If you follow an external link, the destination website’s privacy practices apply. We do not control those websites. The sample articles link to their original publishers.

9. Policy updates

We will update this policy when the website or relevant practices change. The date above identifies the latest version. Material changes will be brought to your attention where required.
